The information of your credit card is not available for us outside your purchase and it is now stored in our servers.

a) Your name and address or other way to communicate you the answer to your request; b) The documents accrediting your identity or, in its case, the legal representation of the person that performs the request in your name; c) The clear and precise description of the personal data regading which you are searching to exercise some of the rights mentioned in the previous parragraph, and d) Any other element or document that makes easier the location of your personal data. In case of asking for the rectification of your personal data, you will need to indicate additionally the modifications to be done and provide the documentation that sustains your petition. The response to your request will be communicated to you in a term of 20 working days, counted since the date it was received, and it can be extended to 20 days more in the cases in which the Law so establishes; and if it is appropriate, the measures adapted to comply with your application can be carried out, which will be implemented on the next 15 working days after the response is communicated.
